Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Please look into the item’s product detail page to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the product page very carefully.

Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will credit the refund amount on your account with store credits. Refunds will show on your account 4-5 business days from the day we receive your returned item.

Items purchased during sales and made to order pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom duties, sales taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable through However, International shoppers may be able to recover the duty by contacting their local customs bureau directly. Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if we’ve sent you the wrong/damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and either arrange to give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement. We can return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please be aware that in this case, payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
