Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Please look into the item’s product detail page to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the product page very carefully.
Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will credit the refund amount on your jasminum.in account with store credits. Refunds will show on your account 4-5 business days from the day we receive your returned item.
Items purchased during sales and made to order pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom duties, sales taxes and shipping charges are non-refundable through Jasminum.in. However, International shoppers may be able to recover the duty by contacting their local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available in all countries, we recommend that you inquire beforehand or hire a customs broker to aid in the same.
We currently do not allow exchanges for our products as they are specially made on order. In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. Please contact us at email@example.com for further assistance.
WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT DELIVERED
Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it’s up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if we’ve sent you the wrong/damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and either arrange to give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement. We can return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please be aware that in this case, payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Eligible item(s) must be returned within 10 days of the date the item was received, or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returns outside of these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Jasminum.in Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags, shoe boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
You must notify Customer Care at +91 7696000076 (Mon-Sat 10:00 hrs. to 19:00 hrs. IST) or firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for returning the product. In the case the item is returnable, you will be e-mailed a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with a shipping label.
Jasminum.in accepts order cancellations up to 24hrs after receiving it.

Upon receiving the cancellation request, Jasminum.in will start processing the refund. This can take up to 14 business days.
